Tart Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients
  Plain unflavored yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Place ingredients in jar with tight-fitting cover; shake to combine.
Divide evenly.
Serve over shredded cabbage, sliced tomatoes, salad greens, or cooked vegetables.
