Ingredients
  Asparagus stalks 12 Large, cooked and chilled
  Melons 4 Tablespoon, chopped
  Fresh strawberries 4 Large
  Apple 1 Small, chopped fine
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Arrange asparagus on a bed of shredded dark green lettuce.
Combine chopped fruits, lemon juice, and sweetener if desired.
Top each salad with one-fourth of the fruit mixture.
