Ingredients
  Peaches 1⁄2 Pound, chopped for about 1 1/2 cups
  Dairy sour cream/Unflavored yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly grated ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients together in a blender or food processor. Whirl until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate.
