Ingredients
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 10 Tablespoon (1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons)
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Place all ingredients in blender container.
Cover and blend on high speed until mixture begins to thicken, about 15 seconds.
