Melon Salad With Orange Lime Dressing

Ingredients
  Lime 1
  Frozen orange juice concentrate/Frozen tangerine juice concentrate 2 Tablespoon, thawed
  Vanilla extract/Ground coriander 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cantaloupe 1⁄2
  Honeydew melon 1⁄2
  Seedless red grapes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

With Lemon Zester/Scorer, remove 1 teaspoon zest from lime and place in Batter Bowl.
With Lemon Aid, squeeze 3 tablespoons lime juice into Batter Bowl with the zest.
Stir in orange juice concentrate and vanilla or coriander.
With 5-inch Self-Sharpening Utility Knife, slice each melon half into wedges about 1 inch wide.
Trim away rind and cut each wedge into 3/4-inch cubes.
Add melon cubes and grapes to Batter Bowl with lime dressing and toss lightly to coat.
Cover with Batter Bowl lid and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
