Simple Vinegar Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Hard-boiled eggs 2
  Castor sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White vinegar 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Cream/Evaporated milk 150 Milliliter
Directions

1. Rub yolks of eggs through a sieve.
2. Add seasoning and mix well together.
3. Moisten with the vinegar and work till smooth.
4. Add gradually and carefully, the cream or milk.
