Dijon Mustard Dressing

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon (Grey Poupon)
  Oregano 1⁄8 Teaspoon (Or Any Other Herb)
  Sugar 1 Pinch
Directions

Coddle the egg by placing it in a bowl of very hot tap water.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Place all ingredients in a food blender and mix.
