Dijon Mustard Dressing
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Red wine vinegar||1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Dijon mustard||1 Tablespoon (Grey Poupon)|
|Oregano||1⁄8 Teaspoon (Or Any Other Herb)|
Coddle the egg by placing it in a bowl of very hot tap water.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Place all ingredients in a food blender and mix.
