Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients
  Plain low-fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced scallions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Including Green Stems)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dried tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Anchovy paste/Minced anchovy fillets 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree. Cover and chill for up to a week.
