Mock Thousand Island Dressing

Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 8 Ounce (1 Carton / 1 Cup)
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Instant minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped chives 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Unsweetened lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Place all ingredients in blender.
Using medium speed, process until mixture is well combined.
Chill overnight to mellow flavors.
Serve as shrimp cocktail sauce or on tossed green salad.
Stir before serving.
