Green Goddess Dressing With Anchovies
|Green onion white part||3 , cut into 1 inch lengths|
|Parsley sprigs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), lightly packed|
|Dry tarragon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic clove||1 Small|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Purchased / Homemade)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Insert metal blade.
Cut anchovy fillets in half crosswise.
Place anchovies, onions, parsley, and tarragon in work bowl.
With motor running, drop garlic through feed tube and continue processing until all ingredients are finely chopped.
Add vinegar, mayonnaise, and sour cream to work bowl, then process continuously until dressing is well blended.
