Ingredients
  Low fat plain yogurt 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Scallions 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped
  Green bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh dill/1/2 teaspoon dried dillweed 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In a small bowl combine yogurt, scallions, green pepper, lemon juice, dill and salt; mix well.
