Avocado Dressing

Ingredients
  Avocados 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon (fresh)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Garlic clove 1 Small
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon (scant)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon (or to taste)
Directions

Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until pureed. Place in a container with a cover along with the avocado pit, which will help prevent discoloration.
Can be refrigerated for up to 3 days. The flavor improves with an hour or more of chilling.
