Broad Beans With Yogurt Dressing
|Olive oil||4 Fluid Ounce (125 Milliliter)|
|Shelled broad beans||1 1⁄2 Pound (Fresh Or Thawed Frozen, 750 Gram)|
|Snipped chives||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Fluid Ounce (60 Milliliter)|
|Chopped dill||2 Tablespoon|
|Water||16 Fluid Ounce (500 Milliliter)|
|Natural low fat yogurt||6 Fluid Ounce (185 Milliliter)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over moderate heat. Add broad beans and chives and saute for 3 minutes.
2. Add lemon juice, dill and measured water. Bring to boil, lower heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Drain broad beans and tip them into a serving dish. Cool to room temperature.
4. Combine yogurt and garlic in a bowl. Spoon mixture over broad beans. Add a fresh dill garnish if liked.
