Broad Beans With Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients
  Olive oil 4 Fluid Ounce (125 Milliliter)
  Shelled broad beans 1 1⁄2 Pound (Fresh Or Thawed Frozen, 750 Gram)
  Snipped chives 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Fluid Ounce (60 Milliliter)
  Chopped dill 2 Tablespoon
  Water 16 Fluid Ounce (500 Milliliter)
  Natural low fat yogurt 6 Fluid Ounce (185 Milliliter)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
Directions

1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over moderate heat. Add broad beans and chives and saute for 3 minutes.
2. Add lemon juice, dill and measured water. Bring to boil, lower heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Drain broad beans and tip them into a serving dish. Cool to room temperature.
4. Combine yogurt and garlic in a bowl. Spoon mixture over broad beans. Add a fresh dill garnish if liked.
