Basil Dressing

Ingredients
  Salad oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed or finely chopped
  Anchovy fillets 4 , chopped
  Dried basil/3 tablespoons of chopped fresh basil 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Blend all ingredients well with a fork and pour over the salad platter just before serving.
