Homemade Oil And Vinegar Dressing

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 6 Tablespoon, mixed with olive oil
  Olive oil 6 Tablespoon, mixed with vegetable oil
  Freshly ground black pepper 1
  Herbs To Taste (Use Herbs As Desired, Depending On Salad)
Directions

Crush garlic in the salt with mustard.
With wire whisk blend in vinegar, then slowly whisk in salad oil.
Whisk until blended and slightly thickened.
Add pepper and herbs as desired.
