Goat Cheese Salad With Mustard Dressing

Ingredients
  Mignonette lettuce 1
  Radicchio lettuce 1
  Watercress 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Endive 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Goat cheese 250 Gram, thinly sliced
  Mustard dressing 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  White vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  French mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Dried basil leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Arrange salad greens on serving plate, top with cheese, cover, refrigerate until ready to serve.
Pour Dressing over just before serving.
Dressing: Combine all ingredients.
