Classic Vinegar and Oil Dressing

|Vegetable oil/Olive oil||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Red wine vinegar/Part lemon juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Minced chives||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Fresh herbs||1 Tablespoon, minced (Use Your Desired Fresh Herbs)|
Place all the ingredients in a jar, cover tightly, and shake.
Taste and correct seasonings.
Chill until needed, shaking just before using.
