Molded Horseradish Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Lemon gelatin/Lime gelatin 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1/2 Package)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mixed horseradish 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Heavy cream/Evaporated milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped
Directions

1. Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water; let it cool.
2. Fold in a mixture of the mayonnaise, horseradish, salt and whipped cream.
3. Pour into a small rinsed mold and chill until firm.
4. Unmold, slice and serve with meat, vegetable or chicken salad.
