Molded Horseradish Salad Dressing
|Lemon gelatin/Lime gelatin||1 1⁄2 Ounce (1/2 Package)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mixed horseradish||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Heavy cream/Evaporated milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped|
1. Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water; let it cool.
2. Fold in a mixture of the mayonnaise, horseradish, salt and whipped cream.
3. Pour into a small rinsed mold and chill until firm.
4. Unmold, slice and serve with meat, vegetable or chicken salad.
