Blue Cheese Dressing Using Sour Cream

|Bleu cheese||3 Ounce (About 1/3 Cup Packed)|
|Plain low-fat yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream/Plain low fat yogurt||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
1. Crumble the Bleu cheese in a small bowl and mash in the yogurt with a fork. Stir in the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Use right away, or cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days or so.
