Blue Cheese Dressing Using Sour Cream

Ingredients
  Bleu cheese 3 Ounce (About 1/3 Cup Packed)
  Plain low-fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sour cream/Plain low fat yogurt 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Crumble the Bleu cheese in a small bowl and mash in the yogurt with a fork. Stir in the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Use right away, or cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days or so.
