Cold Horseradish Dressing

Ingredients
  Horseradish 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely grated
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Black pepper 1 Pinch, freshly ground
  Dill 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
Directions

Mix together all the ingredients except the dill.
Chill and, before serving, garnish with freshly chopped dill.
Serve with smoked trout or whitefish or cold meats.
