|Sesame seeds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Unhulled Preferred)|
|Light sesame oil/Light peanut oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed or pressed|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Toast sesame seeds in an ungreased skillet over medium heat. Stir continuously until they begin to pop. Remove from heat and pour into a blender.
Whirl in blender until powdered. Add all other ingredients and process until well blended.
Store in refrigerator. Mix well before serving.
