Sesame Dressing

Ingredients
  Sesame seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Unhulled Preferred)
  Light sesame oil/Light peanut oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Tamari 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed or pressed
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Toast sesame seeds in an ungreased skillet over medium heat. Stir continuously until they begin to pop. Remove from heat and pour into a blender.
Whirl in blender until powdered. Add all other ingredients and process until well blended.
Store in refrigerator. Mix well before serving.
