Blue Cheese Roquefort Dressing
|Red wine vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Crumbled blue cheese||4 Ounce (Preferably Roquefort)|
|Sour cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
Combine the ingredients in a food processor and blend until well mixed.
(If you do not have a food processor, blend the ingredients in a bowl with a whisk until well mixed. I do not recommend putting this dressing in a blender because it is too thick.)
If the dressing is too thick for your liking, add more vinegar until you reach the desired consistency.
