Ranch Buttermilk Dressing

Ingredients
  Buttermilk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Onion 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), cut in half
Directions

In small bowl, with wire whisk, mix buttermilk, mayonnaise, parsley, onion, salt, and pepper until blended; stir in garlic.
Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
Remove garlic before serving.
