Orange Miso Dressing

Ingredients
  Coarsely shredded carrot 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated orange zest 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red miso 2 Tablespoon (Japanese One)
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh orange juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ginger juice 1 Tablespoon (Fresh One)
  Rice vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Oriental sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree. Cover and chill for up to a week. Shake before using.
