Low Calorie Dressing

Ingredients
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice/Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bottled horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Peeled garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Catchup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Cook the water and cornstarch together until clear and thickened—about 5 min.
Cool.
Add the remaining ingredients and beat with a hand or an electric beater until smooth and well blended.
Store in refrigerator and use as needed, shaking well before using.
