|Wine vinegar||6 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground cumin||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
Put all ingredients in blender container; cover and run on speed 5 (or high) about 30 seconds.
(Or crush garlic clove and put all ingredients in covered jar; shake well.)
