|Olive oil||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Red wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Large garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), finley minced|
|Black pepper||To Taste, freshly ground|
Combine ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until thoroughly blended.
Or shake well in a small jar with screw cap firmly in place.
