  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), quartered
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon

Combine garlic, salt, pepper, chili powder and oil.
Let stand 1 hour.
Remove and discard garlic.
Add vinegar and lemon juice.
Beat to mix.
Store and chill in a covered jar in refrigerator until ready to use.
