Tossed Salad With Avocado Dressing

Ingredients
  Red onion 1 Small
  Cucumber 1 Small
  Salad greens 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Avocado 1 , seeded and peeled
  Plain yogurt 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Anchovy paste 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Thinly slice onion and separate into rings; thinly slice cucumber.
Toss onion and cucumber with greens in salad bowl.
Cut up avocado; add to blender container or food processor with yogurt, lemon juice, anchovy paste, salt, and pepper.
Cover and blend till nearly smooth.
With machine running, gradually add oil.
Blend smooth.
If desired, add more oil to make a thinner consistency.
Pour over greens; toss to serve.
