Chef's Super Salad With Garlic Dressing

  Lettuce head 1 , shredded
  Spinach 2 Cup (32 tbs), torn into bite-sized pieces
  Cooked ham 1 Cup (16 tbs), slivered
  Cooked turkey 1 Cup (16 tbs), slivered
  Pepperoni 1⁄4 Pound, thinly sliced
  Sharp cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Pound, slivered
  Danish havarti with caraway 1⁄4 Pound, slivered
  Green pepper 1 Small, diced
  Cucumber 1 Medium, thinly sliced
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , quartered
  Cherry tomatoes 8 , sliced
  Croutons 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Chill greens until ready to serve.
Just before serving, arrange greens on platter.
Place the remaining ingredients upon the greens in an attractive pattern.
