Ingredients
  Vegetable juice/Tomato juice 6 Ounce
  Finely chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped celery 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped bell pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Grated carrot 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped fresh parsley/Fresh cilantro / 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley / cilantro 1 Tablespoon
  Hot pepper sauce/1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients.
Shake well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing flavors to blend.
