Creamy Herb Dressing

  Nonfat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lowfat sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced fresh parsley/Cilantro 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon herb seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green onion with top 1 , minced
  Honey/Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Italian seasoning 1⁄4 Teaspoon

Using a hand beater, whip together yogurt and sour cream.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Keeps well when refrigerated.
To serve hot, gently warm over medium heat, stirring until heated throughout.
Do not boil.
