Creamy Herb Dressing

|Nonfat yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lowfat sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced fresh parsley/Cilantro||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon herb seasoning||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Green onion with top||1 , minced|
|Italian seasoning||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Using a hand beater, whip together yogurt and sour cream.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Keeps well when refrigerated.
To serve hot, gently warm over medium heat, stirring until heated throughout.
Do not boil.
