Buttermilk Herb Dressing

Ingredients
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Fresh dill/1/2 tsp / 2 ml dried dillweed 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  White wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic clove 1 Small, minced
Directions

In food processor or jar with lid, combine buttermilk, oil, parsley, dill, vinegar, mustard, salt and garlic; process or shake to mix well. Makes about 1-1/4 cups (300 ml).
