Cooked Dressing With Oil

Ingredients
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Mustard 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  White vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2
  Salad oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cayenne 1 Dash
Directions

Mix the first four ingredients in the top of a double boiler.
Stir in the 2 tablespoons oil, vinegar and boiling water.
Set over boiling water and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Cool.
Beat egg yolks well, add the cooked mixture, then beat in the cup of salad oil very slowly.
Add cayenne.
