Lemon Mustard Dressing
|Fresh lemon juice||4 Teaspoon|
|Dijon mustard||4 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fresh lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Combine 4 teaspoons lemon juice with mustard, yolk, salt and pepper in processor or blender.
With machine running, add olive oil in slow, steady stream and mix until thickened.
Blend in remaining lemon juice.
