Chunky Roquefort Dressing

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk/Light cream 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Crumbled roquefort cheese/Blue cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In bowl, beat together oil, vinegar, milk, salt, and pepper to taste; gently stir in cheese. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Makes about 1 cup (250 ml).
