Steak Salad With Classic Dressing

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sirloin steak 1 Pound
  Red potatoes 2 Large, boiled with skins on and coarsely chopped
  Red onion 1 Medium, cut in rings
  Red pepper 1 , thinly sliced
  Cooked peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped italian parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Classic)
Directions

1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oil, garlic and pepper. Brush over both sides of steak; marinate overnight in refrigerator. Remove steak from marinade.
2. Grill, broil or barbecue steak for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until rare. Cut diagonally, across the grain, into thin slices.
3. In a large bowl, combine hot steak slices, potatoes, onion, pepper, peas and parsley.
4. Pour dressing over top and toss well to coat.
