Lemon Honey Dressing

Ingredients
  Egg 1 , well beaten
  Lemon juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Honey 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Milk 3 Tablespoon
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Mace 1 Dash
Directions

Combine egg, lemon juice, and honey in top part of double boiler and cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
Cool.
Stir milk into cottage cheese, beat until smooth, add salt and mace, and blend with cooked mixture.
