Honey Orange Dressing

Ingredients
  Ginger 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
  Orange juice 3 Ounce
  Honey 3 Ounce
  Orange zest 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste, ground
Directions

1. Moisten the ginger in a small mixing bowl with a few drops of the orange juice. Whisk in remaining ingredients.
2. Store in a jar with a tight-fitting lid, and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Shake vigorously before using.
