Ingredients
  Evaporated milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine evaporated milk, sugar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; stir in vinegar, 1 tablespoon at a time.
Mix with chopped cabbage or slaw mix.
