Dijon Dressing

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (nonfat)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon, ground
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Whisk mixture vigorously until blended.
