Yogurt Orange Dressing

Ingredients
  Low fat plain yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Frozen orange juice concentrate 2 Tablespoon
  Packed brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Grated orange rind 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In small bowl, combine yogurt, oil, orange juice, sugar and orange rind; mix thoroughly.
Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
