Quick Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 8 Fluid Ounce (225 ml)
  Anchovy fillets 2 , chopped
  Spring onions 2 , chopped
  Chopped fresh parsley 15 Milliliter (1 tablespoon)
  Chopped fresh thyme 1 Teaspoon (5 ml)
  Vinegar 2 Teaspoon (10 ml)
  Sour cream/Double cream 4 Fluid Ounce (125 ml)
Directions

Put the mayonnaise in a serving bowl or jug and gradually beat in all the remaining ingredients until they are thoroughly blended.
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
