Wine Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Dry wine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (white or red)
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tarragon vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped (1/4 cup)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1 Combine wine, oil, vinegar, onion, garlic, salt and pepper in a jar with a screw top; cover tightly; shake until thoroughly mixed.
2 Refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
