Wine Salad Dressing
|Dry wine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (white or red)|
|Olive oil/Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tarragon vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped (1/4 cup)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Lemon pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1 Combine wine, oil, vinegar, onion, garlic, salt and pepper in a jar with a screw top; cover tightly; shake until thoroughly mixed.
2 Refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
