Romaine Salad With Avocado Dressing

Ingredients
  Unsweetened grapefruit juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oil free italian dressing mix 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  Mashed ripe avocado 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shredded romaine lettuce 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Julienned sweet red pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously to blend.
Add avocado; cover and shake well.
Chill thoroughly.
Combine lettuce and pepper strips in a large bowl; drizzle avocado mixture over salad, and toss gently.
Place 1 cup lettuce mixture on each individual salad plate, and sprinkle servings evenly with cheese.
