Ruby Salad Dressing
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Currant jelly||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Red food coloring||3 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped|
Soften cream cheese; beat with milk, lemon juice, and clash salt.
Beat in jelly and food coloring.
Fold in the whipped cream.
