Double Corn Dressing

Ingredients
  Unseasoned cornbread stuffing cubes 12 Ounce (1 Package)
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Sweet red pepper 1⁄2 Medium, chopped
  Sweet green pepper 1⁄2 Medium, chopped
  Sweet yellow pepper 1⁄2 Medium, chopped
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3 , lightly beaten
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
  Chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In a large bowl, combine the stuffing, onion, sweet peppers and seasonings.
Add the eggs, corn and butter; toss to coat.
Stir in chicken enough broth to achieve the desired moistness.
Spoon the stuffing into a greased 3-qt. baking dish.
Cover and bake at 350 degree for 25 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15-20 minutes longer or until golden brown.
