Field Salad With Warm Soy Dressing

Ingredients
  Salad greens 10 Ounce (Gourmet, 2 Bags, 5 Ounce Each, About 16 Cups)
  Red bell pepper strips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diagonally sliced snow pea pod 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diagonally sliced green onions 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Pine nuts 2 Tablespoon, toasted
  Low-sodium soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Apple juice 3 Tablespoon
  Rice vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Mirin 1 Tablespoon (Sweet Rice Wine)
  Dark sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Minced peeled gingerroot 1 Teaspoon (Fresh)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine soy sauce and remaining 6 ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave at HIGH 90 seconds, and stir mixture well.
Pour dressing over salad, tossing gently to coat.
