  Nonfat mayonnaise 6 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Dried parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Cracked pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
