ginger Dressing For Fruit Salad

|Plain yogurt/Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Honey||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Candied ginger||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, finely minced|
Stir all ingredients together and cover. Refrigerate until chilled thoroughly.
Serve over an arranged fruit salad on individual plates, or for a larger group, serve the dressing beside a large bowl of fresh fruits.
