Ginger Dressing For Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  Plain yogurt/Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Candied ginger 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, finely minced
Directions

Stir all ingredients together and cover. Refrigerate until chilled thoroughly.
Serve over an arranged fruit salad on individual plates, or for a larger group, serve the dressing beside a large bowl of fresh fruits.
